Membership Cancellation Policy

Once a membership or paid service is activated, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests made after profile activation, access to contact details, or usage of premium features will not be entertained.

CHDMilan reserves the right to reject cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy.
Refund Policy

CHDMilan follows a strict no-refund policy for all paid memberships and services.

Refunds will be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate payment made by the user

Payment deducted but service not activated due to a technical error from our side

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
