Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for choosing CHDMiilan. Please read this Refunds & Cancellations Policy carefully before purchasing any membership or paid service on our matrimonial platform.


Membership Cancellation Policy

  • Once a membership or paid service is activated, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Cancellation requests made after profile activation, access to contact details, or usage of premium features will not be entertained.

  • CHDMilan reserves the right to reject cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy.


Refund Policy

  • CHDMilan follows a strict no-refund policy for all paid memberships and services.

  • Refunds will be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

    • Duplicate payment made by the user

    • Payment deducted but service not activated due to a technical error from our side

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Membership plans

  • Access to contact details or profile information

  • Profile highlighting, boosts, or promotional features

  • Any service once partially or fully used


User Responsibility

  • CHDMilan does not guarantee marriage, engagement, or successful matchmaking.

  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction arising from:

    • Lack of responses from other members

    • Profile mismatches or personal preferences

    • Inactive or unresponsive users
